SPSP offers a comprehensive range of customized, advanced training programs to support the training and development requirements of existing company employees. SPSP has invested heavily in the most modern and up-to-date training and simulation equipment to ensure that it meets the demands of the oil and gas industry in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Upon the request of some companies, SPSP has established satellite training centers at the location of these companies in different cities, distant from the main SPSP training centers in Dammam and Al-Khafji. Examples are, PetroRabigh, Jeddah, Yanbu, Jizan and Jubail. The experience has been very successful, supporting the companies in completing the training requirements of their employees.
