SPSP Proudly participated in the International Petroleum Technology Conference (IPTC) which is an international multidisciplinary, multi-society oil and gas conference and expo, that was held for the first time in Saudi Arabia under the patronage of the Minister of Energy, His Royal Highness Prince Abdulaziz bin Salman AlSaud on behalf of his Royal Highness, Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman AlSaud.

During the conference, SPSP was proud to receive an award from baker Hughes in celebration of Hiring 500 Saudis in 2019 and achieving 70% Saudization. The ceremony was held under the patronage of baker Hughes chairman & CEO, Lorenzo Simonelli, and Saudi Aramco senior VP, Dr. Mohammed Al Qahtani. SPSP also signed several important contracts with NPCC, Schlumberger and RelyOn Nutec.

The conference, which was held in Dharan Expo from 13 to 15 January, was a massive success as it marked history with 18,000 attendees. Saudi Arabia has seen significant changes in recent years, making it the perfect venue for this oil and gas conference that attracted many professionals to visit the kingdom and learn about its oil industry.
