SPSP Earns ISO-9001:2015 Certification

Through effective leadership SPSP is committed to satisfying the needs of its customers. This is demonstrated by ensuring the quality of their graduates, integrity and excellence of its services, continuous improvement, compliance with internationally recognized standards and accreditations and the implementation of best practices. In one of its most recent accomplishments SPSP earned the International Organization for Standardization certification for Quality Management (ISO-9001:2015).
The International Organization for Standardization (ISO) is an independent non-governmental international standard-setting body composed of representatives from various national standards organizations. Founded on 23 February 1947, the organization promotes worldwide proprietary, industrial, and commercial standards.
ISO 9001:2015 is defined as the international standard that specifies requirements for a quality management system (QMS). Organizations use the standard to demonstrate the ability to consistently provide products and services that meet customer and regulatory requirements. It is the most popular standard in the ISO 9000 series and the only standard in the series to which organizations can certify.
Earning the ISO certification is a major step for SPSP in its pursuit to develop the institute’s capabilities and quality standards, to ensure quality, safety, and efficiency and to meet market demands.
